The perfect flour for making delicious pasta and pizzas, it can be used with any pasta recipe, with or without eggs. It is the addition of Durum wheat semolina that gives the pizza dough its elasticity as well as its characteristic yellow colour.
The flour is milled from a mix of Cochise Wheat, Crusoe Wheat, Mulika Wheat, and Zyatt Wheat from local farms in Oxfordshire.
