Southwestern Distillery - Tarquin's Cornish Dry Gin

Distilled in Tarquin’s three 250 litre hand-beaten copper pot-stills, named Tamara, Senara and Tressa, which are fired by direct naked flame and sealed at the joints with bread dough. Strange but true. These have more recently been joined by a state-of-the-art 500 litre copper still named Ferarra. To the resultant spirit is added a mix of 11 botanicals to give it its distinctive taste. After the distillation process it is cut with de-mineralized Cornish spring water to bring it down to the desired ABV. Tarquin puts 'Handcrafted in Cornwall' on every bottle, and he really does mean it!
