Southwestern Distillery - Tarquin's British Blackberry Gin 35cl

A modern take on a fruit-lead dry gin using 100% British blackberries and a complex of different botanicals. These include wildflower honey from Cornwall, juniper from Italy, coriander seed from Bulgaria, liquorice root from Uzbekistan, angelica root from Poland, orris root from Morocco, green cardamon from Guatemala, cinnamon from Madagascar, bitter almonds from Morocco, fresh orange, lemon & grapefruit peel (seasonally sourced) and not forgetting violets from Devon. finally, the gin is cut with de-mineralized Cornish spring water to bring it down to the desired alcohol content.
