Using milk from their own herd of Jersey cows, Roskilly’s make the condensed milk, boil this with their own clotted cream to make this luxurious fudge. A little bit crumbly in texture and gloriously creamy as it melts in your mouth with a burst of warmth from the ginger.
All their fudge is Soil Association certified organic.
