Cornish Leg of Pork - Boned & Rolled

A classic pork roasting joint, boned and rolled for ease of both cooking and carving. The leg joint is particularly lean but with a good fat covering to provide you with plenty of crackling.

All our pork is sourced from Cornish farms and is Red Tractor Assured.
