Pork Belly Squares are ideal for slow roasting in the oven. Cook them as they are or coat with your favourite sauce or marinade. The skin is scored to give a good surface of crackling and the layer of fat ensures a succulent feast. These are larger than our individual belly slices, so each square (or rectangle!) provides a generous single or a double serving.
An average Belly Square weighs 380g (13.4oz).
All our pork is sourced from Cornish farms and is Red Tractor Assured.
