Moorland Distillery - Cornish Apple Brandy 500ml

Moorland Distillery, located on the edge of Bodmin Moor, distill apple cider before laying it up in oak barrels. Apple Brandy, sometimes known as Cider Brandy, is made in a similar way in Brittany to produce Calvados.

Strangely, Moorland Distillery's well ventilated cellar provides the advantage of barrels being exposed to the all penetrating and infamous ‘Cornish misle’. This unique environment, combined with quality natural ingredients, pure spirit and extended contact with oak barrels, produces an outstanding Apple Brandy. Moorland Distillery stored their first Brandy in the summer of 2017 before launching their ‘one year old’ fresh bottles in the summer of 2018.
