Lobbs own Pork & Cracked Black Pepper thick pork sausages are handmade in our butchery using natural skins and Cornish pork with a mix of seasonings and spices, including black pepper, white pepper, ginger and onion.

Please note that size and weight may vary a little from sausage to sausage. Available in multiples of 4 or 6.

All our pork is sourced from Cornish farms and is Red Tractor Assured.

Pork Mince (75%), Bread Rusk (Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Yeast, Salt), Salt, Spices (Black Pepper, White Pepper, Ginger), Dried Onion, Potato Starch, Sunflower Oil, Stabilisers (E450 E450 (ii)), Sugar, Yeast Extract, Preservative (E223), Dextrose, Antioxidant (E300).
