Knightor Winery, at Trethurgy near Cornwall's Eden Project, describe the Vermouth as having a floral and delicately herbal character with aromas of mint, citrus and sage, and flavours of citrus, rosemary and mint.

Serve on ice, with soda water and dash of lemon juice, and finish with a sprig of rosemary.
