Knightor Winery - Rosé Vermouth 37.5cl

This fresh and fruity Rosé Vermouth is made using a blend of 21 herbs and spices, many of which have been picked in and around the Knightor winery. Many classic herbs are used such as Wormwood, Bay and Fennel, plus some more unusual ones which are key to its elegance, complexity and slight bitterness. The herbs are first infused in a fruity Eau de Vie distilled from Knightor's own grape skins. After a short steeping period, the herb infusion is blended with one of their fruity rosé sparkling base wines and then allowed to mature for a short period before bottling.
