This multi award winning marinade is sensational when used as a marinade for fish, chicken or vegetables. Just grill or barbecue for a spicy, sizzling supper. It can also be used as a sauce to flavour many a dish or use it to lift your roast potatoes or roast vegetables to a whole new level. Made using aromatic spices and Sicilian lemons.
