Named in memory of one of Annette and Phil 'Jethro' Foster's grandparents, Grandpa Joe's Smokey Chipotle is a smokey, mild chipotle sauce with a rich flavour. With its mild strength of chilli heat, it can be used as a sauce, glaze or marinade for the whole family (not that we advocate marinading your loved ones themselves). It contains no onions or tomatoes and it can be used before, during or after cooking. Try drizzling it over roasted vegetables, sausages and burgers or dollop it into stir fries. Excellent with both pork and chicken.
