Fowey Valley Vintage Cider Vinegar is made from their own Vintage Cider. The vinegar is aged for three years before bottling and is unfiltered, unpasteurised and has no added preservatives. It is 5% strength (most vinegars contain between 4% and 8% acetic acid, more commonly expressed as the percentage strength or acidity), making it perfect for salads, chips and pickling. The bottle incorporates a small plastic pourer inside the cap.
