Juniper and a large glug of Cornish gin are simmered with sweet oranges. The bitterness of tin gin balances the sweet taste of ripe oranges. You can enjoy this on a thick slice of buttery toast, but you could also try glazing your ham before roasting or adding a couple of spoonfulls to coat some of Lobbs homemade sausages as you cook them.
