A true staple in Canada, this is a wickedly decadent maple treat! Made by Copperpot in St Ives on Cornwall's north coast, who use Maple Syrup from the “Sugarwoods” of Quebec. Wonderfully moreish with just the right amount of sweetness for everyone to enjoy. It’s rich, creamy and absolutely blissful, just the way a fudge should be.
