In butchery and culinary terms, 'chicken supreme' (or in French, suprême de volaille) describes the boneless, skin-on chicken breast with the first part of the wing attached. It gives you a combination of lean breast meat plus the additional flavour of the bone-in wing. It's the perfect ingredient for coq au vin, to oven bake, casserole or even to make a creamy chicken supreme.
Perfect for the barbecue or for oven roasting we also supply this cut with optional coatings: Ginger, Lemon & Chilli marinade or a Lemon Pepper coating.
