This much admired Cornish sparkling white is probably our best selling sparkling wine. Made by Sam Lindo at the Camel Valley vineyard, north west of the village of Nanstallon near Bodmin, this fresh and fruity traditional method sparkler is perfect for any celebration. In fact opening a bottle of this is a celebration in itself.
For the more technically minded, it has fresh yeasty aromas, English hedgerow scents with good acidity and a touch of honey on the palate. In other words, it's gorgeous!
