Bursting with fruit and flavour, Boddington's Strawberry Conserve is made in small batches, by hand, on their family farm at Mevagissey, less than a mile and a half (as the crow flies) from us here at Lobbs Farm Shop. They use a traditional open pan cooking method and a farmhouse recipe, using no artificial preservatives, colourings, flavourings or setting agents. It is a soft set and is delicious on scones, bread, toast and crumpets.
