Roskilly’s - Organic Stem Ginger Fudge 100g

Using milk from their own herd of Jersey cows, Roskilly’s make the condensed milk, boil this with their own clotted cream to make this luxurious fudge. A little bit crumbly in texture and gloriously creamy as it melts in your mouth with a burst of warmth from the ginger.

All their fudge is Soil Association certified organic.

Sugar, Wheat Syrup, Clotted Cream 17% (Milk), Condensed Skimmed Milk, Fondant (Sugar, Glucose, Water), Stem Ginger 4% (Ginger, Sugar), Salt. Non organic ingredients: water & salt.
