Made by Sue Proudfoot of Whalesborough Cheese in Marhamchurch near Bude using local pasturised cow’s milk, Cornish Crumbly is indeed a crumbly but creamy textured lively young Lancashire-style mould ripened cheese. But it’s Lancashire-style with a bite and a zing in its tail!
