A sweet and spicy combination of gin, sloes, spice and honey. To a specially made gin, packed with citrus and spicy juniper, are added sloes and spice. Then, to allow these flavours to mingle to perfection, the gin and its fruit and spices are left for at least three months to mellow. A month before bottling, sweetness is gradually introduced, using honey to amplify the fruitiness of the sloes without hiding their tart character.
This gin liqueur is equally happy in a hipflask on a cold day or served in an icy spritz at the height of summer.
