'Tides In' is Mevagissey Coffee's most popular coffee. This single-origin coffee is naturally processed. After picking, the cherry is left to dry until the fleshy pulp falls off. It originates from the Ipanema estate in Brazil, which has above average pay and strong worker benefits. Of the 2,200 hectares of land, 70% are used for producing coffee and 30% are reserves and protected forest.
