Bramley & Gage's Sloe Gin is made in small batches using hand-picked, wild, hedgerow sloes. A traditional classic but with an intense fruit flavour, achieved by using a high sloe to gin ratio, plenty of sugar and then slowly maturing it for at least 6 months.
