Cornish Coffee's Delightful Decaf use a method called the Carbon Dioxide Process to remove caffeine from the beans. They don't use the chemical solvent methods used by most decaffeinated coffee manufacturers. The CO2 extraction uses liquid carbon dioxide at high pressure to dissolve the caffeine from the green beans. It is a natural, safe process that preserves the beans’ innate chemical makeup, resulting in a wonderfully, rich, flavourful coffee.
