This lean pork loin joint has all the tenderness and flavour of a Rack of Pork, but with the bones removed for of carving. The joint is rolled, tied and stuffed with a mix of sausage meat and Cranberry, Orange & Chestnut stuffing. The meat itself is very lean and the thick cap of fat prevents the meat from drying out while cooking and with the skin scored it will give delicious crackling.
All our pork is sourced from Cornish farms and is Red Tractor Assured.

Stuffing is a mixture of Pork Sausage Meat and a Cranberry, Orange and Roast Chestnut Wholemeal Stuffing which contains:
Wholemeal Breadcrumb 45% (Whole Wheat Flour, Salt, Yeast), Wholemeal Rusk 15% (Whole Wheat Flour, Salt, Yeast), Whole Cranberries (Glucose Syrup, Sunflower Oil), Candied Orange Peel 7.5% (Orange Peel, Fructose Syrup, Salt, Citric Acid), Roasted Chestnuts 7.5%, Orange Juice Powder 6%, Roasted Onion Flake 3%, Onion Flake 3%, Yeast Powder, Onion Salt, Rosemary.
