This shortbread is pure indulgence. Furniss use their classic shortbread recipe with the addition of sweet chunks of milk chocolate in every bite. Their secret ingredients are no secret. They use Cornish clotted cream and butter from Trewithen Dairy, a family-run farm only a few miles down the road from Furniss' bakery in Bodmin.
