Freshly made in our own kitchen within the shop and then frozen. Ideal as a quick meal from the freezer.
The tray size is 13 x 18cm (5" x 7").

Ingredients
Cauliflower, Plain Flour (Wheat, Gluten), Butter (Milk), Cheese Milk, Salt, Pepper, Mustard, Breadcrumb Topping (Wheat).

Cooking Instructions
Remove all of the film lid. Cook from frozen at about 180°C (Gas Mark 4) for about 35 minutes until the cheese is golden brown and it is heated through. Do not reheat.
