A distinctly British dish and considered to be one of the oldest forms of sausage, Black Pudding is still widely popular and often forms part of a traditional 'full English breakfast'. It can be grilled, fried, baked, or boiled in its skin, but it can also be eaten cold, as it is cooked as part of the production process.
