Freda's source their peanuts from Argentina, one of the few areas in the world where high oleic peanuts are grown. Not only are these tastier than normal peanuts, but they are also naturally high in monounsaturated fats; the heart-healthy fats. Everything they then add is of the finest quality, and organic wherever possible. They don’t use any palm oil or refined sugars and the peanut butter is naturally gluten and dairy free. Fabulous on toast (try it over a layer of pickle), or blend it into a smoothie with some banana, maple syrup and oat milk.
