Boddington's Berries are famous for their strawberries and their strawberry vinegar makes an exciting salad dressing, either on its own or mixed with your favourite oil. It is also wonderful splashed on game. For the more adventurous, try it on ice cream or inside trifles.
Made using 60g of strawberries per 100ml of Vinegar.
