Using milk from their own herd of Jersey cows, grazed on the family farm on the east side of the Lizard Peninsula, Roskilly’s make their own condensed milk and boil this with their clotted cream to make this luxurious fudge. A little bit crumbly in texture and gloriously creamy as it melts in your mouth.
All their fudge is Soil Association certified organic.
