A good all-round basic white flour for making perfect, well-risen scones and cakes. It received 2 Gold Stars at the 2019 Great Taste Awards.
The flour is milled from a mix of:
Belipi Wheat from Manor Farm, Wantage, Oxfordshire,
Extase Wheat from Upper Assendon Farm, Henley, Oxfordshire.
Wheat Flour 96% (Wheat, Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), Flour Raising Agents (Sodium Acid Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate).
