A soft flour for culinary cooking, made from soft biscuit wheats that are good for cakes, cookies and general baking. It received 2 Gold Stars at the 2019 Great Taste Awards.
The flour is milled from a mix of
Belipi Wheat from Manor Farm, Wantage, Oxfordshire,
Extase Wheat from Upper Assendon Farm, Henley, Oxfordshire.
Wheat Flour (Wheat, Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin).
