Wessex Mill - Mixed Grain Bread Flour 1.5kg

This is a lovely mixed grain flour with malted wheat flakes, rye flakes, poppy seed, wheat bran and barley malt flour. It makes a delicious malted loaf with a lovely aroma and a pleasing texture from the assorted grains. Wessex mill this from carefully selected grain sourced from their local Oxfordshire farms. It works equally well in bread machines or when kneaded by hand.
