Clotted cream, born of the lush Cornish pastures, is a classic Cornish product. Perhaps more famously paired with jam and scones, Copperpot of St Ives have combined it with fudge, another Cornish staple, to produce this sensationally creamy, melt-in-the-mouth treat.
The cream in this case is from Rodda's in Scorrier, near Redruth, who have been making clotted cream there since 1890, so could a product be any more Cornish?
