Knightor Winery's Brut classic cuvée white is a blend of selected wines made from a number of different grape vintages and varieties, predominantly Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The second fermentation is in the bottle to give a restrained and elegant wine whose racy acitity is balanced by the depth of fruit flavour. It is aged on lees for a minimum of 3 years to add complexity, nuttiness and breadiness to the crisp, clean palate. Chill, serve and celebrate!
