Knightor Winery's classic cuvée rosé is an elegant blend of the finest parcels of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grape varieties and is the perfect fizz to celebrate every special occasion. One of their winemaker's favourites, this delicate sparkling wine gives aromas of raspberry, strawberry and buttery pastry, with soft flavours of red fruits and cream. The palate is crisp, with fresh citrus and red fruit flavours that linger providing a long creamy finish. Aged for a minimum of 5 years.
