The Wrecking Coast Distillery have created a modern take on rye whiskey. The result is very different from the more familiar American ryes, but retaining the classic rye spice at its core. This whiskey balances sweetness and spice, with layers in fruitiness from the spirit, and at 8 years old it has taken on extra depth from its time finishing in sherry casks.
