Named after the most important day in the town's calendar, this brewery's Padstow May Day beer was created specifically to celebrate it, but it's now one of their core beers, brewed year-round. Made with extra pale malt and 100% Citra hops it has a tropical and slightly bitter flavour with a citrus and elderflower aroma. This is a crisp, smooth and refreshing pint which goes really well with with spicy Spanish and Italian meats, spicy paella, pizza and pasta dishes. It was awarded a SIBA (Society of Independent Brewers) Gold and Taste of the West Silver.
