Honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months old.
To retain the best flavours and textures, store at room temperature, preferably in a dark cupboard, and do not refrigerate, even once opened. Once opened, always reseal the lid.
All honeys will crystalise and set over time. The purer it is, the quicker it will set. To liquefy, place the jar in a bowl of warm water and loosen the lid.
